Confessions and reflections from 2023!  In this episode, I talk about how I didn't meet some of my goals this year and what I learned from them.  

I want you to know and remember that success is not solely defined by money.  It is so important to celebrate your wins such as, personal growth, work-life balance and client relationships.

Some of the accomplishments I highlighted for myself in this episode are:  launching this podcast, prioritizing personal time, balancing my hormones and having fulfilling client relationships.

This is the time of year to take a moment and recognize all of the hard work you did this year and what you achieved.  It's important to celebrate both your personal and professional growth!
